Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

• U.S. orders ship in 3–14 business days

• International orders ship in 7–21 business days (may vary based on location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

Note: We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal issues once the order has left our facility.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
To start a return, contact us at Production@I’mHealingApparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked final sale or heavily discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.
